Collaborating Institutions

The Minas Gerais Network for Biostimulants and Enhanced-Efficiency Fertilizers is based at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and benefits from the collaboration of highly relevant partner institutions across Brazil. Notable among these are the State University of Montes Claros (UNIMONTES – MG, Brazil), the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV – MG, Brazil), the Federal University of Alfenas (UNIFAL – MG, Brazil), the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL – AL, Brazil), and the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ – MG, Brazil).

Our research group relies on a broad network of institutional collaborations that brings together some of Brazil’s leading universities and research centers. These partnerships assemble experts in organic synthesis, plant physiology, biochemistry, theoretical chemistry, biology, agronomy, microbiology, and biotechnology, fostering interdisciplinary research and ensuring a robust and diversified scientific approach. By strengthening state and national connections, we promote the integration of expertise and the exchange of experiences that drive relevant discoveries. We believe collaboration is essential to address the complex challenges of modern agriculture, contributing to scientific and technological advances with global impact.
